To apply for the upcoming 2011-12 school year, please download the following application by clicking the following form:

Steps:

1. Download & Complete Application

2. Fax to Admissions Electronic FAX: 310-943-3338 (Please do not send to the general school fax number) and MAIL the $50 check made out to "Calvary Christian School" & hardcopy of the application to:

3. You will be notified of your status starting June 15, 2011.
