Welcome to Calvary Christian School. We are excited to share our wonderful Middle Schoolprogram with you. The following activities and deadlines are an important part of the admission process and will help familiarize you with our wonderful school.

Admission priority is given to Calvary Church members and Calvary Christian School siblings.
Letters notifying students of Calvary Christian School’s decision will be mailed on March 20, 2008

RECOMMENDATIONS: Students need to have recommendation forms completed by their current Principal/Head of School and current Math and English teachers. The current school should send the completed forms directly to Calvary Christian School. We also require a personal recommendation which should be hand written or typed on personal stationery. You may download the recommendation forms for the Principal/Head of School and the English and Math teachers on the Application and Forms page of this website.
TRANSCRIPT RELEASE: Applicants must sign the release form and submit it to their current school. We request up to three years of past grades and all official school reports. You may download the transcript release form on the Application and Forms page of this website.
ISEE TEST: Applicants are required to take the ISEE test. You must register through the Independent School Entrance Exam materials included in this packet or visit their website at www.iseetest.org. Test scores must be submitted to Calvary Christian School by February 1, 2008.
FAMILY INTERVIEWS: Family interviews are required for admission. Once your application has been submitted you will be contacted by the admissions office to schedule a convenient time for an interview. |
