At CCS, we believe that we are called to love God and His creation by serving others. The spiritual element of our mission statement says that “Calvary Christian School is dedicated to…the development of Christian values preparing students for leadership and service.”  In order to more completely fulfill our mission, we are dedicated to serving our community, our nation, and our world.  We have been blessed with tremendous resources, but the key element we must be willing to give to others is ourselves.  We accomplish this through the development of key relationships with service ministries that need our prayer, our support, and our resources. 

Over the course of the 2006-2007 school year we created and implemented a comprehensive Community Service program for Calvary Christian School and saw firsthand how it impacted our children, our school and our community.  We are truly making a difference in the lives of those in need locally and around the world.  It is our desire to inspire our children and our families to view service not as an event, but as a way of life. 

God’s mandate that we serve is a challenge Calvary is eager to meet as we teach our children to learn how glorious it is to serve and to experience the joy of having a generous spirit.
