Calvary’s Preschool experience focuses on the child, their environment, social skills and spiritual knowledge. Children learn about the world in which they live, how to work and play together and how to pray for themselves and others. Children are exposed to activities that encourage large and small motor development. They also develop foundational concepts for reading, science, language arts and math.
Calvary offers age appropriate preschool programs to meet the unique developmental needs of each child:
The Mom's Day Out Program is for children who are two years of age by September 1st of the year they enter the program. Classes run from 8:45 to 11:45am Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.
The Three Year Old Program is developmental and is for children who will be three years of age by September 1st of the year they enter the program. Calvary offers both a morning and an afternoon half-day program, from 8:30 to 11:45 am or 12:15 to 3:30pm. All classes run Monday through Friday.
The Four Year Old Program is traditional in its approach, preparing students for our academic Kindergarten program. Children must be four years of age by September 1st of the year they enter the program. Calvary offers both a morning and an afternoon half-day program, from 8:30 to 11:45 am or 12:15 to 3:30pm.
