Legacy Tiles

Bringing Together the Past, Present and Future!

The Calvary Christian School Foundation is pleased to offer a limited number of Legacy Tiles to be featured on the new Arts and Technology Building. This project gives families an opportunity to design a custom tile reflecting their favorite school activity (such as math, art, sports, etc.), attend an after school “Tile Decorating Party,” and have their finished masterpiece permanently showcased on the new Arts and Technology Building.

Limited space only permits the sale of 68 tiles (one per family) for the purchase price of $1,000 each. On Wednesday, February 29th starting at 9:00 am, Legacy Tiles can be reserved online at LegacyTiles@calvarychristian.org on a first come, first served basis. An email will be sent thereafter to each family confirming that their tile has been successfully reserved. In the event that all 68 Legacy Tiles sell out, a waitlist will be developed.

Families who reserve a Legacy Tile online have from 7:30 am until 9:30 am on Thursday, March 1st to deliver a check (payable to the CCS Foundation) to the Legacy Tile booth in the courtyard. Upon receipt of payment, families will be asked to reserve a spot at a Decorating Party (groups of approximately 10 students per party with a few key parents to aid).

Party dates are as follows: 3/16; 3/20; 3/22; 3/26; 4/04; and 4/18. Confirmed families will also receive an instruction packet featuring a Legacy Tile example and a design template.

After 9:30 am on Thursday, March 1st, any "unpaid tiles" will be offered to families on the waitlist, who will have until March 2nd at 9:30 am to deliver their check to the school office.

*Please remember in keeping with CCS philosophy that we will not feature names on tiles, just the families’ unique artwork and the special memories shared while creating it!
