Calvary strives to offer reasonable tuition for all of our programs. Our commitment to fiscal responsibility ensures that every dollar spent on tuition by families directly impacts their child's education. Our tuition levels and need-based financial aid assistance allow for economic diversity within our community. Calvary offers up to 50% tuition assistance for children in TK-8th grade. Financial Assistance awards will be reflected in the Enrollment Contract and the tuition payments will be adjusted accordingly. Calvary does not offer tuition assistance for our Preschool Program.

Additional Annual Costs

  • Application Fee

    Description:
    The application fee will be paid online when the application is submitted. Families applying for Financial Assistance can receive a fee waiver code. Please email Megan Gordon to get the fee waiver code.

    Amount: 
    • $75 for preschool applicants
    • $125 for TK-8th grade applicants
  • Annual Fund

    Description:
    All Calvary families are encouraged to participate in the Annual Fund each year.

    Tuition only covers about 90% of the actual cost to educate each child. The Annual Fund allows parents to make a tax-deductible donation to bridge this “tuition gap” and directly impact their child’s education for the current school year.

    Amount:
    This “tuition gap” translates to approximately $3,200 per student in TK-8th grade and $1,600 per preschool child. While we recognize that individual giving will depend on each family’s financial situation, we ask for all members of our community to participate at a meaningful level.  Read more here.
  • Uniforms

    Description:
    Uniforms are required for all students in TK-8th grade.  There are no uniforms for Preschool. Uniforms can be purchased from Lands End. (Preferred School Number: 900089996)

  • Hot Lunch

    Description:
    Hot lunch is available 5 days per week for students in Preschool 3 - 8th grade. Hot lunch details are provided to all families prior to the start of school each year. Participation is optional.

  • Faculty Christmas Gift

    Description:
    Through parent participation, the Calvary Parent Association provides a cash Christmas gift for the Calvary faculty and staff. Participation is optional. 

  • Facilities and Technology Fee

    Description:
    One-time fee $1,000 for all new students in TK-8th grade. This fee will be included in the student contract. There are no ongoing annual fees for technology at Calvary.

  • Parent Association Dues

    Description:
    The Calvary Parent Association collects annual dues, donations for a fund to purchase birthday and year-end teacher gifts, as well as general donations. Information will be provided to all families prior to the start of the school year.

    Amount:
    $55 per family
  • Instrument Rental (for home use)

    Description:
    Students participating in Calvary’s After School Orchestra may rent an individual instrument for home use. There are no fees for instruments used as part of Calvary’s regular music classes.

Financial Assistance

Calvary Christian School uses the School and Student Service for Financial Assistance (SSS) to help assess a family’s ability to pay school costs. Information on the SSS and an application can be obtained by visiting the SSS website. Calvary offers up to 50% tuition assistance.

Please make sure to enter Calvary's school code (2178) when completing the financial assistance application.

Financial assistance is not awarded for preschool students.

All financial assistance requests are kept strictly confidential and do not affect acceptance.

Please note that the filing deadline for financial assistance requests for the 2021-2022 school year is January 22, 2021.
