Emrollment Checklist

List of 8 items.

  • Step 1: Sign Contract & Pay Deposit

In order to enroll your child in school, we ask that each parent logs in to his/her MyCCS account to review and sign the online contract. Upon login, you will see an indicator at the top left side of the page which indicates that you have a contract to review. Please click through to access each portion of the contract.

The first parent who signs the contract will be prompted to pay the deposit and set up your payment preferences for tuition. Deposits are required to secure your spot at Calvary. Tuition payments begin in July.

Kindly note that both parents need to sign and submit each contract. You can use your existing login information to access your MyCCS accounts. If you did not previously have an account, you should have received an email to set up your password today.

Please use your full email address when logging in. If you have any issues with your login, please reach out to pangelich@calvarychristian.org.
  • Step 2: Login to MyCCS & Review Magnus Health

Once both parents have signed and submitted the contract(s), it will trigger your access to the Magnus Health button located on the "Resources" page in your MyCCS account. If there is a short delay, please don't worry, the workflow is being processed in our system.

All health forms must be submitted online via our Magnus Health Portal. Please complete the contract, submit the nonrefundable deposit, and complete/upload all required health and licensing forms to secure your spot.
  • Step 3: Complete & Submit All Health Forms

The following forms may be required for your student, depending on their age/grade. Please closely follow the prompts in your child's unique Magnus Health profile.

    • Immunization Records (all)
    • Permission to treat (all)
    • OTC Medication Permission (all)

    • Health Condition Action Plan (if relevant)

  • Step 4: Save the Date for Your Orientations

We love connecting with our new families during our orientation events. Each gathering will include a program overview and logistical details to help your child and family prepare for Calvary. It is also a chance to meet division leaders and other families.
    • Preschool 2 Orientation - May 15th at 9am
    • Preschool 3/4 Orientation - May 5th at 9am
    • TK - 8th Grade Orientation - May 12th at 9am
  • Step 5: Save the Date for the TK/Kindergarten Playdate

It's a joy to connect all our new TK/Kindergarten students with their classmates before the year begins. Join us on Thursday, April 23rd at 1:30pm for a fun play date on our Calvary Campus. New students will join with our rising TK/Kindergarten students at Calvary to enjoy some fun activities and treats while giving parents the chance to connect and meet the TK/Kindergarten teachers. We hope you can join us for the fun!!

Save the Date: Tuesday, April 23rd - 1:30pm
  • Step 6: Save the Date for the New Parent Dinner

In the fall of 2026, we plan to gather all our new parents for an evening of connection and introduction at the New Parent Dinner. This beautiful evening will be a great place to connect with other parents new to Calvary and enjoy a sunset dinner on the beach. Please save the date to join us - invitation to follow!

Save the Date: Thursday, October 1st - Bel Air Bay Club
  • Step 7: Order Uniforms (TK-8th Grade)

Join Calvary families for the spring used uniform sale before New Parent Orientation on May 12th! This is a great way to stock up on items your child may need for the upcoming year.

Additionally, keep an eye out for spring sales events with Land's End and place your uniform orders early as delivery delays can be common. Learn more about our Land's End partnership, school code and see uniform guideline here. Students can also opt to wear Calvary Spirit Wear sweatshirts if they prefer!
  • Step 8: Connect with Calvary Families

Each year we do our best to provide a host family or grade level liaison to each new family joining Calvary. This host family or point of contact will be a wonderful parent resource and will initiate a time to connect for the students during the summer before school starts. Helping facilitate connections for the children helps ease the transition as they start school in September.
